At MAS, we take great pride in the quality of our timepieces, and stand behind them with a transferable, two-year limited international warranty, which begins when we ship your MAS watch (plus an extra couple of weeks to make sure it's in your hands for a full two years).

Our warranty covers all manufacturing/material defects but does not include:

  • Damage resulting from normal wear and tear, accidental impact, or negligence, including but not limited to scratches, chips in the crystal, cracked bezel inserts, or wearing of any plating/coatings.
  • Water damage resulting from failure to screw-down crown or from submergence at excessive depths (beyond the rated pressure). We reserve the right to refuse warranty claims against water damage if our pressure tests indicate that seals have not been compromised. 

We do not offer refunds/returns for a change of mind, but we are always happy to work with you to find a solution, and if you do accidentally damage your MAS watch, just be honest with us about what happened, and we'll do our absolute best to look after you with repair/replacement options.
